Drinking and driving is bad business especially during a night full of
Boogie-tinis and a crowd dressed to our Studio 54 nines. The party
couldn't just end so we decided that we needed to move the celebration
to another location.
Al in cab #22 from American Music City Taxi
came to the rescue in a jiffy with his roomy white van. I naturally
wanted to sit in the front seat (shotgun as some of you may put it) and
proceeded to have profound and witty banter with our knight in shining
armor while my friends piled into the van as if it was the last Sweet
Pickle bus ever. With a van full of snockered individuals who were loud
and possibly obnoxious (not I of course), Al was lively yet professional
and all around a great guy.
I should also notate that he does
some killer dance moves to Nashville's own Miley Cyrus's "Party In The
U.S.A." and can carry a tune.
My life will never be the same after this fateful night.
